Simple food, well made - Edit
It can be challenging to get vegan food in the neighborhood, and I was so happy when this pick and pay opened up ☺

Peaceful coffee shop, nice and breezy. The nearest vegetarian stall to beach road army market area! I appreciate their consistency - i came at 456pm and he was still open (and closing up) and took my order.
