Great West African vegan options

I tried the peanut stew with tofu and plantain fufu, and the blackeyed peas.

(I think the restaurant is Nigerian.)

A first for African, a first for African Vegan food.

I asked the owner’s recommendation and received a plate with black bean porridge, fried plantains, Jollof Rice and had a Zobo drink. Presentation echoed the images online. The spinach was seasoned perfectly with a kiss of heat. The rest is probably what you would expect from African cuisine.

I will return to try the other Vegan options.
