Actual Decent Vegan Cake! - Edit
I have been gifted a couple of the lotus biscoff cakes (large) by my students of the past few years and they have always been excellent. The cake is actually moist and this is helped in no small part by the delicious frosting and cream on the exterior. I am also not ashamed to say that I devoured these cakes in one single sitting, they were just that moreish!
