One option - Edit
So there’s one vegan option here, a squash. It wasn’t bad, but it was also extremely underwhelming given the $40 price tag. Waiter wasn’t knowledgeable about what was vegan. Definitely not worth the cost.

although it’s pricy there are a few vegan or easily made vegan options in each course! and the staff (greg was our waiter) is truly spectacular. he gave us a whole monologue of the menu with the charisma (and hair) of an early justin bieber.

I got the wild mushroom to start and the twice baked winter squash as my main. The food was excellent and the chefs were very thoughtful and made my sister and I a vegan amuse bouche. Our waiter, Greg, was very enthusiastic and went above and beyond to describe the menu with so much detail. If you are looking for fine dining in park city with vegan options, firewood is a great place.
