Plantains & Curry Lentils - Edit
Flavors of East Africa is amazing. The farmer's market stalls and physical shops are all equally delicious and high-quality. My favorites are the plantains and curry lentils. At SDSU, they have this express location and a farmers market stall on Thursday. There is a small parking lot, so even if you are not on campus, it would be possible to visit. Students have a discount too!

All the pleasures of the farmer's market booth available everyday of the week. Lots of vegan options (vegetables dishes are vegan by default). Parking lot is small but I've always found a spot on the weekends.
