Muitas opções veganas de pratos principais, entradas e drinks, de diversas culinárias. Os ingredientes são locais e muito saborosos, mas poderiam incluir opções mais proteicas. As sobremesas são simples e o preço elevado as tornam menos atrativas. No geral pela qualidade dos ingredientes compensa pagar um pouco mais caro.

O Florestal já ganhou meu coração por priorizar comprar alguns ingredientes do MST e pequenos produtores. Mas não só isso, traz comidas inspiradas em pratos de vários países e com certeza um dos melhores restaurantes de BH. Cada prato traz uma complexidade de sabores que faz com que a originalidade dos pratos brilhe. Não é só a diversidade dos pratos que faz com que o restaurante seja especial, mas o foco de priorizar o sabor dos vegetais nos pratos faz com que a maioria das opções possa ser vegana, se já não for originalmente.

It is certainly one of the best restaurants in Belo Horizonte. The originality shines through a complexity of flavors of each dish. But the diversity of options isn't what makes the restaurant special, but their main goal of making the most of the flavor of the vegetables. Because of that, most options can be ordered as vegan with ingredient swap, if it isn't already vegan.
