Flour Power is located in a food court with a great variety of vegan options, so they are a great place to come for dessert! They have a variety of vegan baked goods, and we got a Lotus Tiffin and a Bakewell. The Lotus Tiffin was really good with a nice rich flavour. I also enjoyed the Bakewell but I felt like it needed a bit more of the actual Bakewell flavour.
Read moreUpdate: We went back and had a slice of Lotus Drip Cake and an Oreo Brookie. The cake was really good – the texture and taste of the sponge and the icing were both really good and I really enjoyed it. It is a chocolate flavour though rather than Biscoff as the name suggests. The Brookie was also tasty and the brownie part was nice and fudgy. My only criticism would be that it was slightly on the dry side.
