The food was good. Typical Greek/Middle Eastern (but heavier on the cereals than the vegetables and the protein). The portions were a bit small and the setting could have been nice (by a canal), but it was all squeezed and very basic (folding chairs). The vegan dessert they had was very good, though (rose-flavoured vegan dairy).

This restaurant was crowned the best woman-owned restaurant in Venice and it deserves it!!! The food was so tasty. We got the vegan appetizer platter, which was enough for two people, and we each got an entree as well.

If you have a fetish for rice you will be deeply disappointed. They use parboiled rice, which is a sign of a lazy kitchen from where I come from. All dishes share the same base yellow boring rice; the veggies change. The hummus was great, though.

Very near several places worth visiting in Venice, a restaurant dedicated to middle Eastern food (not specific). All we had was very good and tasteful: special recommandation for the antipasti assortment, which exists in vegetarian and vegan versions. It is not cheap, but nothing unusual by local standards.

We went here at our last evening in venice and had eaten at several places during the past few days. The staff was unfortunately not very inviting and they just used the minimal amount of friendlyness which is necessary. So we didn't felt like they were happy to have some more customers. But the location is cool, quite in the middle of venice next to a canal and the food was okey (especially the bread and hummus). We had better food (e.g. Orient Experience (also for a cheaper price)). So it was okey and a good option if you are in that area looking for some vegan food, but I would not go there a second time. The waitress probably just had a bad day and others might experience it better.

Great Middle Eastern food with plenty of vegan options. We had hummus, which was just perfect, with amazing warm pita on the side. As main dish, biryani with vegetables and vegan magluba with hummus. We then finished with a perfumed mint tea with rose water. Highly recommended.

This place had a clearly marked vegan options on the menu. We had the vegan shared entree and baklava for desert. The food was delicious and very tasty and filling. The staff were really lovely and the place was nice, especially sitting outside near a canal. Would recommend this place for a good lunch or dinner fix.
