Very dissapointing - Edit
I am truly mystified by the previous reviews. We were eager to try this place after reading the reviews on Happy Cow. We had traveled all day and were looking forward to a tasty meal.
Read moreStarting with the service: The server was visibly put out when asked to double check on the vegan status of a couple of menu items, as he did not seem to know.
The spring rolls we started with were decent. However, the entries, we ordered (Thai Tofu Curry and Kung Pao Tofu), were horrible. After a couple of bites of each, it was clear that we could not finish our meal. We decided to pay for our meals and find somewhere else to eat. (Please see Peekaboo Canyon Wood Fired Kitchen - delicious!!!).
It's hard to pinpoint exactly what was wrong with the flavors, but both meals were inedible. If you are thinking of trying this place out, I strongly urge you to reconsider your options.
We ultimately paid $60 for food that was disposed of.
Cons: Food quality and taste., Service., Ambiance.

We thought it was nice - Edit
Tons of vegan options! We had the yellow curry with vegan chicken and the Mongolian beefless. Very tasty! The server was nice and the place had a lovely ambiance. We had tons of food leftover too, so you get a lot for your money.

Excellent Asian cuisine-plenty of vegan and vegetarian options. - Edit
This place was a good to find after a long day going and a desire to eat non-American food. Delicious Mongolian ‘non-beef’ and plenty of other options for vegan, vegetarian and eat anythingarians.

Surprisingly yummy - Edit
The spring rolls were really delish. They had bean threads inside and were more flavorful than most. We got tofu curry and a veggie “beef” dish. The beef had a great texture but was a bit too salty, so if you’re sensitive to salt you might want to avoid it. They subbed brown rice and portions were generous enough for lunch the next day. I just wish they didn’t use styrofoam for takeout.

I love their selection of vegan and veggie options. I usually get the tofu Kung Pao, but have tried everything. Good prices.

A little expensive - Edit
The food here wasn’t bad, it was just a little expensive for takeout and it definitely wasn’t the greatest thing in town. Convenient if you need food fast and they do have a separate vegan menu. Not much overlaps with gf though, so if you’re both gf and vegan the only option is steamed veggies (even the tofu isn’t gf)

Cons: Only one gf, Expensive

A great choice of dishes with meatless “beef” or “chicken” wonderfully prepared. White or brown rice. Lots of veggies. Reasonable prices. Three Pokestops and two gyms in range. Great sanitary procedures.

Best Fusion Ever - Edit
My partner and I shared 2 of the vegan entrees and 1 avocado roll. Everything was delicious! I couldn’t stop eating! This mix of Asian meals was the best thing that has ever happened to me. I loved all the meals and their tofu was cooked to perfection.

I really wanted to like it! - Edit
The service here was great and the spring roll was awesome. I love Asian food and the beefless Szechuan sounded great. There were lots of fresh veggies and gardein "beefless" strips. I was excited... and then I dug in. It was covered in a spicy super salty gravy not anything like my experience with Szechuan. I ended up pouring sweet and sour sauce over it to balance all that salt.

great find - Edit
Ate here two nights in a row. Enjoyed meat substitutes on the Chinese menu. Good vegan Japanese options as well but only one vegetarian sushi roll. Meat was Gardein vegetable protein. Has brown rice option (nice touch)

Amazing Vegan Options - Edit
Fusion has an entire page of Vegan choices, many with gardein faux meat options. I went with a group of vegans and we all sampled each other's dishes. BEST vegan Chinese food I've ever had. Also located just a few miles from the wonderful Best Friends Animal Sanctuary. I will be coming to fusion EVERY time I'm in the area.

Entire page of vegan options - Edit
Fusion House isn't fancy at all, but they had great service and an entire page of vegan options! Their vegan chicken and beef is Gardein plus there are tofu options. I had sweet and sour Gardein chicken. The sauce was awesome! They also serve beer and wine. My non-vegans dining companions enjoyed their dishes as well. I'll definitely go back on my next visit to Kanab!

Cons: Not the fanciest atmosphere, but its clean.
