Yummy!

The staff here are super friendly and the place has a really nice atmosphere! There is a whole vegan section to the menu with quite a few choices. We took the sharing plate and it tasted really good. It's kind of expensive but so is everything in Stavanger, so we just went for it and it's worth it!

Eat exotic food with your hands

Eating here is an experience more than just a meal. The food is served on large "enjera", (Ethiopian pancake like bread) and you eat it with your hands, by ripping a piece of the enjera and using that to pick up the various stews and mashes. It's very different to western food and delicious. They have a vegan menu, and are a popular place for local vegans. The atmosphere is also very nice.

Pros: accustomed to vegan customers , vegan ice cream option, relatively cheap

Authentic Ethiopian food

Small place with friendly staff, a simple menu and reasonable prices. The food is a little on the oily side but great to have once in a while.

Pros: good value

Cons: limited choices
