Staff is not aware of what’s vegan - Edit
We’ve been here two times, 1st server didn’t know and didn’t check what was vegan beyond the one labeled item on the menu. The second time, the server checked and we were seriously mislead the first time we dined. Vegan items include a simple salad, vegetable soup, edamame with salt, cucumber, avocado or vegetable type sushi’s and a very bland ramen. I’ve no intention of visiting a third time!
