Good ice cream, many vegan options - Edit

They have multiple sorbets as well as chocolate ice cream. The only vegan topping was nuts. The cone is not vegan

Flavors were a bit too strong for me, and options were limited, but it’s a nice place nonetheless!

Soft ice dream - Edit

Self service ice cream shop/café. (The price is based on the weight.) Really cool concept as it allows you try many different flavours.💗They all are very good & their consistency is a dream! So smooth! It is also nice to just chill there & there is a designated corner (upstairs) with outlets to work at. They also offer vegan croissants.

Tenía 3 sabores disponibles y probé los tres jajaja estos eran chocolate, fresa y mandarina y omg el de mandarina me sorprendió muchísimo, estaba increíblemente bueno, totalmente recomendado.
Cabe destacar que es autoservicio y el helado luego se pesa.
La atención fue muy buena y el espacio en sí es precioso.

Pros: Opciones veganas buenísimas , Hermoso espacio, Buena atención

Lovely gelato! - Edit

Delicious with lots of vegan flavors! All of the fruit flavors (passion fruit, mandarin, lemon, strawberry, etc.) and the chocolate are vegan. Was told the cones contain milk. Self serve and you can add toppings (though not sure if any were vegan). Loved the light and creamy texture!

After finishing our visit at Palazzo Medici Riccardi and all its beauty, our adventure continued as we walked cross the street and entered Gelatarium.

A visit at Gelatarium can best be described by one word: AMAZING

It’s like an adventure full of delicious taste and beautiful atmosphere.

They have a gelato machine for each flavour and you create your own cup/cone as you please and pay by weight.

They sell REAL traditional Italian gelato, meaning that it’s only prepared in the morning and first fully produced when you press the handle. This results in the gelato having a temperature of only -5° C compared to the regular ones you buy other places that are stored at -15° to -20° C.

It’s so fresh, full of taste and the texture is so light and creamy. It melts in your mouth like no other gelato. You will also notice that it contains less sugar and more taste.

The atmosphere itself is also unique with 4 different types of spaces.

The fairy tale area with swings dangling from the ceiling or the more classic area with big printed art pictures on the wall. If you go upstairs, you will find a more silent area with glass tables overlooking the open area below. The fourth area is a beautiful library with classical Tuscany ceiling.

No matter in what mode you are in, Gelatarium has a space for you to enjoy probably one of the best gelatos in the world.
