Best ice cream in Switzerland - Edit
You won't find better ice cream. At the moment, there are more vegan than non-vegan options. Furthermore, everything is clearly declared

Only sorbets, no labelling, but good - Edit
Gelateria di Berna doesn't offer plant milk based ice cream nor does it specially label the sorbets (which all are vegan). But the selection is pretty wide, the waffles are vegan, and most importantly the sorbets taste very good. I'd recommend the chocolate and the pineapple/basil one.
