Very good and creamy Nocciola Gelato :-) - Edit
Read moreAt the time of our visit, they had only one vegan option that was creamy Gelato (not Sorbetto), but the one that was on offer - Nocciola/Hazelnut - was super delicious, so we didn’t mind, and we actually went there several times during our stay :-)! This is really a busy Siracusan neighborhood Gelato bar, and It is therefore a little out of the way for us tourists (but not too far). This makes it nice and authentic, but is probably the reason for the slim selection of vegan choices (I am honestly happy they had any at all).

Vegan Gelato and Latte Di Soia - Edit
I wandered around Ortigia and decided to see what the gelateria now offers. I should have noted the flavors because I forget about everything else as soon as I see pistachio. It is soy-based, creamy, and delicious. Steve enjoyed his soia cappuccino, and I got to pet the resident cat! All-in-all, an excellent experience!

Purtroppo anche tutti i gusti alla frutta hanno il latte; offrono, quindi, solo due gusti vegani a base di soia, pistacchio e nocciola. Entrambi sono molto buoni.

Hazelnut gelato! - Edit
They only had one vegan gelato, and it was good but not incredible, but it is also my favourite flavour: hazelnut (made with soy). Great news for me😄I believe this is a chain gelato place, I haven't checked out the other locations.
