Gelateria Romantika is a small place with a couple of clearly labelled vegan options. Averge price for ice cream and a generous portion. They also have some unique flavour combos that are quite good!

Ordered a flat white and gelato which was just the deep frozen rest from the bottom, tooks then minutes until they gave me the bill while the gelato was melting on the counter. They brought the coffee outside then which was finally the wrong one and not hot at all.

Despite the previous review, I decided to give this place a try for a turmeric latte because it was the only place in town to get it. Turns out they use plastic cup to steam/boil the water in to make the drinks. If you care about your health, you’d know heating plastic is a no-no. I paid for the drink but did not drink it. This put me off so bad I did not bother with the gelato.

EXCELLENT gelato - great range of flavours, fresh, natural and perfect texture. DELICIOUS Belgium waffles were also great. TERRIBLE ‘matcha / turmeric lattes’ - I was surprised when I saw the waitress blending them - tasted very plain, powdery and watery despite us ordering them with coconut milk.

Best gelateria in town. Has at least 5 vegan flavors that are changing and are clearly marked with pink name tags (instead of dark brown ones for milk ice creams). Flavors are creative like apple with ginger, lemon with basil, lychee, chocolate sorbetto... and all are very good. They also have matcha latte with either soy, rice or coconut mylk and can be sweetened with dates instead of sugar. Nice view of the castle.
