Yummy Breakfast Burritos - Edit
Visiting from out of town and stopped at Saturday farmer’s market. The loaded burritos were delicious, and so filling! The vegan chorizo inside was spiced just right. Even my carnivore family members loved these. Will come back again to try other selections.

Came here today for lunch and the food was so good! I’m so happy to see a fully vegan place in Columbia. The location was easy to find, as the Instagram page is updated regularly. I will definitely be eating here again!

Best Vegan Food in Columbia - Edit
Breakfast burritos are to die for! These people are amazing and the only all vegan food truck/ restaurant in Columbia that I know of. Sooo good and everything I’ve tried is completely home made! I’ve had vegan food trucks with store bought veg-meats etc and I’ve always felt like I could just make it at home, but not Gina’s. We go to see them at the farmers market nearly every week. You won’t ever regret eating their food.

What a lucky find on a road trip through Missouri - Edit
We were driving on I70 through Missouri and about lunchtime we opened the happy cow app just to see if there might be anything nearby. We spotted Gina’s food truck, visited their Facebook page and were thrilled to see they were set up at a farmers market just at the time we’d be passing through.

Columbia's FULLY VEGAN food truck! - Edit
I went to the opening of Gina's Vegan a Go Go. I got the BBQ sandwich and it was very flavorful and super hearty. Fast service as well. They post where they will be on their social media. I'm excited to see them out again!!
