Rich tasting high quality Italian vegan options

This is an authentic Italian restaurant (the owner is from Italy). The minestrone and several pasta dishes that can easily be made vegan and still be super tasty. I had the minestrone without the grated parmesan and it was super tasty with a rich tomato flavor (see photo). They also made a pasta plate for me (see photo) by mixing together ingredients that I asked for and priced it a la carte per ingredient, which I was happy to pay. The vegetarian items are all marked with green leafs on the menu - look to them to make them vegan.

The cocktails were also good.

The downstairs is elegant dinning with the front facing open air towards the ocean. Upstairs is a small bar area where you can also eat from, with a counter facing the ocean and some small bar tables as well. When you are tired of Asian food and want a solid Italian vegan meal in a relaxed environment for fine dining, it is worth the price. A great option for Boracay.
