Lifesaver soy sauce - Edit
As the review below me already said, the owner seems really unmotivated. They have a vegetarian menu but you can find more vegan dishes in the menu. I chose the Miso Soup with tofu and white noodles, it tasted kind of plain. Luckily they have soy sauce on every table which I used to save the dish. We also had cucumber maki which was decent too.

Amazing place - Edit
Lots of vegan ramen to choose from, nice big portions. Sushi also very good, you can get basically everything alternated how you like it. Owner seems a bit tired/unmotivated but is actually super nice and speaks English very well. Lovely place. Been here twice and will probably come back!
