Delicious food and beer - Edit
This Korean/Japanese fusion made for a fabulous late lunch, we went for the Miso Mac and Cheese, Mapo Tofu Hummus, and the Kimchi Yaki Mandu (deep fried dumplings). I've added photos for reference. Alone, each dish is quite rich, but makes the perfect beer snack. Also all the beers were also vegan, including the sours. My partner had the Rise of Endymion fruit sour, which tasted like a summer fruit milkshake, I went for the Laminar Flow porter, easy drinking with creamy chocolate and brown sugar notes.
