Next time i would go to another unidade, which is in Rio Design Leblon that has a separate vegan eating zone. A little bit of resentment sparked in me to see, that they serve fouet-gras. But this time I tried to treat myself with a nice restaurant, and its really nice. Also I asked for surhi rice separately, I asked the waiter if they can bring it. It was very tasty and costed 12 reais.
Read moreThe waiter explained to me my food and brought a special spice, and also I asked the manager, she talked to me really warmly, like that they "test" vegan dishes at Leblon unidade and then bring it to the menus of other unidades. But well, non-vegan restaurants make me feel bad. Especially luxuriously non-vegan.
I felt a little bit of tension and intensity that the workers were doing their job, even in being attentive to me, and please me. I felt eerie, but probably it's just my low self-esteem.

If compared to the Leblon branch, I’d say don’t go, as it doesn’t compare in any way. But if that branch didn’t exist, I’d say that this is a good place for vegan sushi. They can make the sushi with sugar free rice if you request. The tartare was very tasty.

Delicious Vegan Sushi - Edit
I love Japanese food, and this was the most difficult part of becoming a vegetarian. However, after discovering the vegan and vegetarian options of this restaurant, everything became easier. I highly recommend the “Combinado Gurumê Vegano 20 peças”, it’s tasteful!!!
