I was really amazed by the vegan egg!
Note: this address is the ramen place, they don't have sushi. They have another branch offering sushi somewhere else.
And they're about to open another branch in Gdynia in September 2023.

Incredible vegan sushi & ramen - Edit
A solid number of vegan options for a small japanese restaurant. Highly highly recommend the big vegan sushi platter! The best sushi I've ever had, and really cool flavours - definitely not just cucumber and avocado! Fantastic presentation too. The yuzu ramen was also tasty. Paid about 200 pln for the big vegan sushi platter and a big yuzu ramen (about 40 euros rn) but had leftovers to take home.
