Save yourself the trip if you’re looking for a quick pre-made lunch or dinner. The deli cooler only offers meat items, even the salads. I’ve been burned twice hoping for a quick healthy option- only to find a cooler full of meat and dairy. Disappointing for a “Heath food store”

Lots of good food items - Edit
I've only shopped in the market area. But they carry very good vegan items. Especially vegan pesto, cheesecake, lots of icecreams and other products I can't find at regular grocery stores. Worth checking out.
