Best chocolate ice cream I ever had - Edit

Unfortunately only the chocolate ice cream and fruity flavours are vegan. I wished they had more vegan options. Nevertheless just because of the chocolate Ice cream it’s amazing. Also zero waste friendly, they have edible spoons!

If you are looking for extraordinary ice cream you should visit Hej Eis in Hamburg. They have a lot of vegan ice cream flavors.

More and more vegan flavors - Edit

Meet friendly staff at this location and enjoy vegan ice cream. They took my advice to create more fruity flavors and all of them are vegan.
I usually don't like waffles and eat my ice cream from cups which are made from glass here, which is nice as I try to reduce waste.
Also black waffles are vegan if you prefer to eat ice cream from waffles.

Finally vegan ice cream in Eimsbüttel - Edit

Or at least - labeled vegan ice cream. 5 or so vegan flavors when I visited. None too interesting - I tried watermelon and chocolate and those were good. Ice cream is served in glass cups with metal spoons which is nice. Sadly though one of Hej Eis's biggest draws are their Instagram-worthy pink and black cones, which are not vegan.

Edit: Correcting to 4 stars because apparently - the charcoal cones ARE vegan.
