I don't think this place exists anymore. The GPS takes you to a park and the number when called says the place no longer exists.

Great breakfast and coffee and friendly staff - Edit
I found this place by chance while I was staying in Tulum, it was a really chill environment to have coffee and breakfast and they even gave me dominoes to play with.
