Homblé just breaths a certain kind of hospitality and warmth that instantly make you feel at ease. Ann, the owner/chef, is clearly very (com)passionate and carefully selects local produce to create the weekly menu.
Read moreI found the dishes quite original and was very excited to try the vegan mushroom arancini with 2 side dishes. It was very tasty and filling.
You can not only enjoy a meal yourself but also support Enchante, where Ann is also involved in, who provide meals for people in need. Enough food for conversation while she is busy working her magic in the open kitchen.
I'll definitely be back to try out the next weekly vegan creation!
