Delicious bowl, messy sandwich

The tofu bowl and the smashed chickpea sandwich are both delicious options, very filling. The pre-packed brownie is yummy, too. But, be warned that the sandwich is extremely messy... Sit somewhere with napkins and don't be afraid to grab a fork!

Excellent lunch for all

We had a delicious curried cauliflower chickpea sandwich on scrumptious focaccia bread, while kids enjoyed turkey & cheese and tomato bisque.

Pros: Flavorful and creative

Well marked veg options

I had the spicy tofu bowl. It was tasty, filling, and healthy— I really like that it didn’t rely on grains for bulk. The menu is small overall, but there’s at least one vegan and one vegetarian option in each category. Great for a mixed, omnivore group.

Satisfying sandwich

Tried the smashed chickpea sandwich. It was delicious and filling (I couldn’t finish the whole thing). That said it’s pretty messy to eat—glad I got it for takeout.

Pros: Clearly marked vegan options, Large portions

Cons: Expensive

Salads and sandwiches

The approach in May 2021 was efficient counter production of foods; self-serve kiosk ordering; and table collection of bagged ordering, with eating on the chairs outside. The food is expensive: our Bill was close to $48 for three entree items with added tofu.
The food itself was delicious and filling. The salads were not overloaded with salad dressing or too much grain. Nor were they salty. The added braised tofu was good. Staff were efficient and hardworking given the volume of orders from walk ins, door dash, and online ordering.

Pros: Tasty entrees, Tofu available as added protein , Efficient staff

Cons: Very expensive , Prices are higher than sit-down restaurant options, Not necessarily filling even with added protein

Satisfying and simple

Order at the counter and seat yourself. It’s a cozy and casual atmosphere. There are 2-3 vegan options specifically on the menu. The spicy braised tofu bowl was a perfect portion and very satisfying—tofu, broccoli, arugula, quinoa, and red cabbage tossed in spicy dressing, for about $10. I would return to try their vegan sandwich option.

Pros: Has great signage for composting, recycling, etc.

Cons: Bathroom paper towels seem to be non-compostable
