Food for the soul - Edit
I wish I could give it give stars because even though its not a vegan restaurant it's the BEST vegan pizza I ever had and pretty close to the best out of any pizza I've ever had. It's a small place that mostly does takeaway but there are a few tables to sit. It was a charming and unexpected experience because it looks like some pizza joint and then the food is an out of this world experience, the best kind of vegan experience in my opinion. We had the truffle and the Pistacchiosa (with pistachio pesto and delicious semi dried tomatoes). There is a separate vegan menu with a few very interesting offers plus garlic bread which was also delicious. The vegan cheese they use is some of the best I've had and the dough is proper Italian pizza dough. The pizzaiolo was kind and you could tell he made the food with love even though we came right before closing. A wonderful experience!

Real italian pizza - Edit
Il padovano is owned by an italian from Padova. The ingredients quality is awesome, with many coming directly from Italy. There is an entire section of vegan pizzas, with vegan cheese, and there's also vegan garlic and cheese bread. My favorite one is "Pistacchiosa", with pistachio pesto, yum!

The pizza is delicious. A few vegan options, including a vegan garlic bread. We had the Pistacchio pesto and the Melanzane, both were amazing!

This place is conveniently hidden, but it's really worth visiting. Delicious vegan pizza menu, good quality vegan cheese, good local Italian beer, friendly staff. Prices aren't high compared to overal experience. We've been there two times during our stay and will definitely come back when in Lisbon next time.
