Serves meat, vegan options available. A little restaurant that mainly sells freshly baked foccacia sandwiches. There are many sandwich listings which have with various fresh ingredients as a filling. Several vegan options which are labelled and can also ask for custom one. Open Mon-Sun 12:00-16:30.

It was ok - Edit
It was a good sandwich. Not amazing not terrible. There’s only one vegan option which is basically salad and sauce which I don’t mind but it was a little underwhelming. Not bad for a quick eat but a little pricey for what we got

Meh - Edit
I’ve had quite a few sandwiches here in Florence. This by far was the worst. That said it was also the most expensive.
Read moreThe bread they use was dry and not salted therefore kind of cardboard tasting. The fillings we’re basically a light salad.
Basically, everywhere else in town is better. Average price elsewhere is about five euros here it’s 10

Good flavours - Edit
2 vegetarian options one vegan. Vegan option was nice, has salad, broccoli, mustard, balsamic and fresh tomato upon request. The flavours were very good but sandwich was quite pricey for what it was

Delicious yet pricey - Edit
Really enjoyed the vegan option, it’s not easy to find vegan sandwiches that actually pay attention to flavor combinations. But it’s 10e for a panino.

There was no vegan sandwich on the menu but they were very happy to make a sandwich for me.
Read moreThe bread was lovely and well filled with lots of veggies.
Laid out like a sandwich bar so you can see as they fill the sandwiches.
Pros: Very willing to accommodate vegans, Big portions, Friendly
Cons: No official vegan option but flexible menu

No explicit vegan option, very kind staff though! - Edit
As of September 2020 they only have a vegetarian option on the menu but upon asking the staff was very forthcoming about veganizing the vegetarian one!
Read moreThey even asked me what I would like in my panini as a substitute, he recommended the sundries tomatoes.
Pros: very kind staff, accommodating vegans on request!
Cons: no explicit vegan option

Great panino - Edit
Multiple award winning business. A very long wait during the lunch rush, both to order and to receive the sandwiches, but it's a good experience. They have one vegan sandwich on the menu and a number of vegetarian ones. I ordered the vegan and a vegetarian, but asked them to veganize the second, which they did readily. Honestly the vegan sandwich was really good and I would have been happiest just with that, as the vegetarian senza cheese left a little something to be desired (though not the cheese). Enjoyed the food. Everyone was friendly.

Delicious vegan panini - Edit
Could only see one vegan option on the menu, but it was absolutely delicious which made up for the lack of other options. My husband who is a meat eater also really enjoyed his, so good to visit with non vegan companions
