Cute brunch spot

I enjoyed the vegan brunch there, was quite a large portion! The service was excellent and the space very nice.

Lovely

Great cocktails. Friendly and accommodating staff, every experience I've had there has been lovely. I've been going there for years and its kept up its reputation! Veggie wrap is awesome

Really nice brunch!

It was quite busy on a Thursday afternoon around 1 pm, but we were still able to get a table without a reservation. I would probably recommend a reservation just in case. I had a coffee with almond milk and the tofu rancheros. The coffee was really good, and I appreciated the free refills (that come with purchase of a menu item). The tofu rancheros was very tasty and I liked the home fries coated with ketchup. The service was friendly and prompt. All in all, I think I would give it another try to check out the vegan wrap for lunch!

Best brunch around

I have been going to Insomnia for over 20 years and they really have one of the best brunches in the city. They introduced vegan options which is really a bonus. The tofu scramble is done rancheros style and can't be beat. They make different smoothies and they will veganize them. The coffee has free refills, only plant milk option is almond. You can request naked homies if you don't want the home fries doused in the ketchup sauce. Either way is delicious

Pros: Good vegan options, Food consistently delicious , Nice vibe

Cons: Hard to get in, long wait, Need a reservation

fav place to go!

I live around the corner so I order take out from here /a lot/. Their veggie wrap is great! I've been meaning to recreate it.. My girlfriend and I are also addicted to their sweet potato fries. The poutine sometimes has too much gravy. The Bruschetta is also good :). Tofu taco is pretty plain and sad tho :(

Pros: tasty, filling veggie wrap, you can get a meal from under $10

Cons: wish it had more vegetarian stuff, tofu taco sucks
