Nice salad and sandwich bar!

I come here often to grab a salad and I really like it.

The base of the salad is always the same (lentils, mix salad leaves, sundried and fresh tomatoes, olives, hummus and egg). They then add whatever animal protein you want but I usually ask them to replace the egg for avocado. Sometimes they also add on top smoky fava beans if they happen to have them on that day.
You season the salads yourself and per your liking.
The portions are enough, the staff is very friendly. They also have plant based milk in case you want a hot beverage like a cappuccino.

I know that they also have hummus sandwiches but I have not tried them yet.

Pros: Good portion sizes of salads, Friendly staff, Delicious hummus!!

Cons: limited vegan toppings
