Se happy cow lo permettesse darei 5 stelle al ramen, ho provato le due versioni che ci sono fisse in menù, ne hanno anche una terza temporanea. I ramen erano davvero molto buoni. Ho provato anche i gyoza ma non mi piace il bruciato che spesso c'è quando li piastrano. Forse la cena più economica che abbiamo fatto.

The vegetarian gyoza were outstanding. Service is very prompt. Very artfully presented. This is located on the eighth floor of a shopping mall so Apple Maps or Google maps might be lead you astray,

The ramen was so good and filling, and the gyoza were so crispy and juicy. It came with soy patties which was nice for an extra bit of protein.

Great and convenient ramen to fuel up after some shopping! We ended up eating here a couple of times during our stay and honestly it ranked quite highly in my favourite ramen in Tokyo. The gyoza are to die for, so juicy and crispy! A must try

A lot of toppings (onions and such) in the soup, that give it flavor. The 'ham' was a little bland.

The best ramen I've had - Edit
First time in Japan as a vegan, and this was my first meal in Japan. The noodles and flavour really reminded me of the last time I was here. The noodles were perfect, the broth was packed with flavour and the toppings just tied it all together. The gyoza were also amazing. I really recommend trying here for quick vegan ramen that's authentic!

Not strictly vegan, they have meat options on the menu, but several vegan options as well. You find seating to reserve and then place your order, the staff give you a buzzer which vibrates when your order is ready. Food was delicious, I ordered the vegan shoyu ramen. Would definitely recommend to others looking for a ramen restaurant with vegan options.

Lovely vegan ramen! I had the vegan tonkotsu one, there were two vegan options. There were also vegan gyoza, which I went for as a side. Also really tasty. Good service and English speaking staff!

Located on the 8th floor of LUMINE EST Shinjuku (store number 13). Had the Special silk-smooth veggie Tonkotsu Miraton for ¥1330 plus 10 gyozas for ¥680, both quite tasty.

The soup base was very creamy and the toppings were delicious. We added a soft boiled egg to enhance the dish. Located on floor 8 of the Lumine Est building. Free iced water and tea was also available.

I had ramen and gyoza. The gyoza were really good. The ramen was not the best I’ve had. The soup and noodles were good, but I didn’t really like the fake meat/tofu. The texture was very spongy. Still, this place is convenient if you’re at Shinjuku station.

A very delicious ramen. Despite the name this place is not fully plant based however they do have plant based options clearly marked on the menu and they are delicious! They also sell their vegan noodles
