With a focus on nutrition and a passion for good food, all products are 100% chemical free and made in a 100% plant-based factory. Open Mon-Thu 7:00am-3:30pm, Fri 7:30am-1:00pm. Closed Sat-Sun.

So much to choose from - cruelty free AND gluten free

The shop is easy to find with ample parking. You can also find the products at selected stores, including Dischem. The service is excellent. I love Irene's Gourmet because it's great quality, wholesome food. No nasty ingredients because Irene's is health conscious but does not compromise on taste. The cheese, butter and yoghurt are the best products in my very humble opinion . The pricing compares to other vegan brands. They also have their own brand of Nutritional Yeast - a must have in every vegan pantry. I would highly recommend Irene's - always.

Pros: 100% Vegan and mostly Gluten free , Friendly and helpful staff, Delicious variety of products
