100% organic produce - Updated review

Updated- I used to love Jimbo’s Naturally.
Last experience with their vegan options and service was horrible.

1. Asking a question about their vegan hot food options. The deli employee asked the manager to come over to answer my question. That was fine. The manager walked up and looked at me like a deer looked at a headlight on the road and didn’t say a word to me. So I went ahead to ask my question. I waited for his answer, he still just looking as me as he never seen an Asian before. The other employee saw it happening and came up to answer my question. The manager just stood there do nothing. Seriously!!!
The hot soup I got tasted SALTY. I tried to save it by dumping the soup and saved the ingredients, filled with water and boiled it. Still VERY SALTY. It was unsalvageable. It was as if the marinated the ingredients in salt overnight and no way to get rid of it. The vegan option hot food are all burnt, dried up, and half full in the pans. It looks they don’t care. If don’t care about offering vegan options, might as well don’t do it. This pretty much ruining it for me.

They have salad bar with all organic produce. There are two different vegan salad dressings and balsamic vinegar. You can also buy premodern food items by weight, and they always have one (most of time two) kind of vegan soup. I don’t like beans much but their black bean soup is my favorite.

Their veggie burger bun used to be vegan but now they switch to ones with honey. You can sub for whole wheat bread and ask for vegan cheese. I also love their veggie wrap, so fresh and delicious.

5 Stars

I don’t get all my groceries here because they are a bit more expensive but they make up for it in their quality and having items that you can’t get at other grocery stores. Grab a smoothie or a dessert, you can’t go wrong 🥑🥑

Pros: Lots of Vegan Options

Cons: Expensive

Jimbo's

A cross between a Sprouts and a Whole Foods. The staff is friendly. Coffee there is yummy.

Food I Can Trust

Jimbos is the nearest natural foods grocery to us in 4S Ranch. What I love about Jimbos is that I know I'm going to be able to find organic, high quality produce and other food items. In other health food stores, I often have to search for the organic items. Here it's the opposite. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful and since I frequent this store, know me by name and ask how I'm doing. The only downside to Jimbos is that it is so expensive. I still buy certain items at Trader Joes that I know are priced much lower. If they were more competitive with their prices, I would have no reason to shop anywhere else!

Pros: Great Staff!, Mostly Organic!!

Cons: Expensive
