Good Cupcake - Edit
I had the vegan double chocolate cupcake. There is another vegan option but they were sold out that day. I was happy to find this place and had a nice time sitting outside with my cupcake and coffee. It was exactly the type of sweet I wanted after wandering around the city looking for a vegan cake option.

Some vegan options - Edit
I got a chocolate and popcorn cupcake. Very delicious but a bit pricey. I think they normally always stock at least a few vegan options and cater to lots of dietary needs.

Read moreJoy Cupcakes is in a convenient city location. They will cater to your catering requirements and they have vegan cupcakes everyday! They also do gluten free by the way. So no-one ever need feel left out.
The vegan variety changes from day to day, but there is always one, if not two to choose from. There is a seating area (outside in the lane) and they do good coffee too. Vegan cupcakes cost the same as regular ones. I found the staff friendly and helpful.
A nice little birthday surprise for your vegan friend (or yourself). They'll even put a 'birthday' sticker on the cute little box it comes in.
Pros: Convenient, Omnis will not find it daunting, Seating area to enjoy your cupcake
