My Mr quite liked his burger. He said the mayonnaise part was really good. I had the pictured “chick’n” bowl and sure it’s vegaani but wow what an oddly incongruous mash up of stuff just hanging around ready to throw into a bowl. Healthful no doubt, but like a 3rd graders AI suggestion of “what is a vegan meal?” Watermelon and carrot slivers, hummus and sesame. Edamame and avocado. Fried and broken up soy chicken, bland as you may expect it to be. Again, all stuff I would eat just not at the same time. It was only missing marshmallow sauce…

Well it has “junk” in the name so I shouldn’t be suprised 😁 it was soo junky but delicious. The venue has cool vibe, many plants, colours and there was even a DJ on Saturday night. Great beer too.

Junky Vegan's food was satisfying for a lunch in the middle of a long airport layover. Its location next to the Central Railway Station made it an easy choice due to feeling hungry :)

If you’re after some vegan junk food then absolutely stop everything you’re doing and head on down here. Outstanding ‘dirty fries’ and the flatbreads were tasty too…. I didn’t try a burger so not sure what the patties are like. Lovely surroundings and right in the Center of town.

Delicious junky food. I took my food to go (as I had a ferry ride to Tallinn that night), but loved the atmosphere inside as I waited for my food. I got a Seitan Worshipper burger and nuggets. Both were quite good. The sauces were really great in the burger. Wish they gave a lil' more nuggets though, for the price. Would love to revisit to try their other burgers and Mexican takes, next time I'm in Helsinki.
Read moreAlso, found the times a bit inconvenient. Closed on a Monday when I first tried to visit (like many spots across Helsinki, as I would find out) and not open noon on weekdays, but worked out for the best for me anyway, and I came here to get it as dinner later.

The place itself was very cool with super friendly staff and in a great location near the train station and library. The prices were affordable for the amount of food and for Helsinki in general. There was so much choice we had to return a second time! We went for the Junky and Smash The Junk burgers, fries and mac n cheese. Absolutely delish!!

This place was amazing, who says eating vegan is healthy. Nachos, cheese sticks, dirty French fries. Would highly recommend this place. I’m just sad we leave Helsinki tomorrow and can’t eat here again!

Casual 'fast food' restaurant with fun decor and great food. I can only repeat what others have said; it was a pretty good experience and prices were reasonable.
