Really cheap and a few options - Edit
I had the miso soup, cucumber maki, Inari pockets, apple juice. Was really cheap for lunch about 750 yen, that’s about £3/£4

Some veggie sushi options - Edit
Cucumber and pickled radish sushi, as well as some miso and my favorite was the inari tofu. Not a ton of options but probably a good place to go with meat eaters if you like conveyer belt sushi.

There are several vegan sushi options on the menu, tofu with rice, miso soup and even a vegan dessert, warabimochi. Very good quality.
