Vegan Option is Delicious!

The noodles here are amazing! I always ask my boyfriend to bring me here if we are able to visit Baltimore. I order the vegan bowl without nori and it is consistently so satisfying!

Quick service, good noodles

Small ramen shop near the Baltimore Museum of Art and Johns Hopkins University campus. The service is pretty quick and the noodles were delicious.

Yummy noodles

Fun spot right near the Johns Hopkins campus. Really cool vibe, inventive broth less ramen, delicious tofu appetizer.

Unique Ramen with a fast casual and fun vibe

A play on the traditional ramen with the majority of the menu, and the vegan option being a "dry" or brothless ramen. It's fast casual, with a fun Japanese centric vibe, and a tasty meal. The sauce on the vegan dish is mild but tasty as a sweet chili sauce, and has a nice assortment of toppings. The staff is well versed in what's vegan or not, and readily help in selecting vegan choices to add as toppings.

Pros: Ambiance, Fast Service, Knowledgable Staff

Cons: Not many options, Sometimes I miss the broth

Updated the Vegan Ramen in July 2023, and it's certainly elevated. It now includes an edamame/tofu paste with nori that adds a depth of flavor it was missing before.
