Amazing noodles

Highly recommend this place as a noodle lover. You will leave full and satisfied. This was my first time having noodles done this way and if you’re a fan of flavor full meals would recommend. 2 strong vegan options I personally prefer the megumin but the tofu is really good as well.

MUST TRY

Wow these were the best noodles I've EVER eaten. They make them in-house and they're so fresh and have the perfect bite to them. If you've never had aburasoba before you can think of it like a ramen, but without the broth. Instead, theres a sauce at the bottom that you mix into your noodles once you get your food. After you take a couple of bites, you should customize it with their vinegar, chili oil, garlic, and sesame seeds. I also highly recommend getting extra toppings to fully customize your bowl. I'm a huge fan of their fried onion and pickled plum. Trust me when I say that this place is WORTH IT. The tofu and veggies were so satisfying and I cannot wait to try it again. No wonder this place is on the Michelin guide!

Pros: Friendly staff, Delicious food, Nice vibe
