Sehr schönes kleines Restaurant. Wir hatten Glück noch ein Platz zu bekommen. 2 Herren neben uns haben uns etwas empfehlen können, aufgrund der Beschreibungen hatten wir noch keinen wirkliche Vorstellung und haben das bestellt, was die hatten. Es war die richtige Wahl. Schade, dass wir nicht in Hamburg leben, wir kommen bestimmt wieder 👍

We had some fried mushrooms, some gyoza and the v-pop chicken with both sauces. The chicken was not like Korean fried chicken, more like chicken nuggets. But everything tasted great and was very rich in flavour

The ambiance is simple, nothing wrong with that.
I liked the attentive and friendly service!
Clearly directed at Korean folks as well.
The space is limited - Kini can be crowded quite frequently. No reservations accepted though, only walk-in.
Lastly, be careful, the hazelnut ice cream turned out to be walnut ice cream, that was the only bigger disappointment. Also, the toilet could be cleaner. Personally I don’t mind so much, but some folks might.

Small fully vegan restaurant, with delicious meals! I was there for lunch and at this time it is quite cheap and meals come with a soup. Also I tried the Korean beer, which I think is cool they offer.

Best place I found in Hamburg over 2 visits. Especially the starters, tteokbokki and kimchi dumplings, and the mochi I wish I could eat every day. Awesome drink selection too.

We ordered a large selection of things to taste and everything was wonderful. I especially recommend the bossot tangsuyuk - shiitakes coated in a satisfying and flavorful batter and deep fried. I also liked the trendy but chill environment.

Wir haben einen der kleinen Plätze draußen ergattert. Kleines aber feines Lokal im Schanzenviertel mit koreanischen Gerichten aus frischen Zutaten, großen Portionen mit gutem Preis-Keistungsverhältnis. Gut geeignet mit Freunden was zu essen und dann weiter zuziehen. Netter Service, junges Publikum.

So far I've only had one dessert but the hotteok (chewy pancakes filled with red bean paste) was heavenly, great for sharing, too, since they are quite heavy, but so so worth it!!!! Staff was very friendly & attentive, too. Can't wait to come back!

Es war super lecker, ich kenne viele Koreanische Gerichte aus einem Roman und freu mich dann immer wenn ich die irgendwo IRL antesten kann und hier will man am liebsten die ganze Karte rauf und runter futtern. Normal ist Vegan in Koreanischen Restaurants nämlich… nicht unbedingt unproblematisch. Ich komm auf jeden Fall wieder.

The food is very good, and consistency and taste are pretty authentic. The tteok bokki was super and not too spicy. The cauliflower wings were incredibly soft inside. The dumplings and the champignons were also very good. We had also the Korean beer Cass with the Soju shot which went good along with the food. The total price is reasonable. The staff was super friendly and the overall place looks nicely decorated. The location is also great, so I highly recommend this restaurant.

The restaurant is in a hip district of Hamburg called „Schanzenviertel“ - We tried the fried cauliflower “wings” (DELICIOUS!), tteok bokki and kimchi kimbap. For drinks we had jasmine tea and makgeolli.
