Nice but overpriced

Beautifully decorated with lots of plants. Lots of healthy options on the menu, but too expensive.

Perfect for a snack

We had the Chica chica toast, the bread selection and the sweet potato chips. Everything was really tasty. Especially the sourdough bread was amazing. Also the lemonade is super refreshing!

Fantastic Açai

Excellent Smoothies

We had just arrived in Lisbon.
We were tired and needed a boost.
The power shot is perfect.
The smoothies are excellent. lean green is full of flavor.
We didn’t have lunch, but the menu looked well thought out.
The vibe is really nice.
Come in and sit down.

Best Açai

I was walking around Lisbon to find the best açai!
I found it at Koa Bar, in addition is a super cool space, with a beautiful decoration with plants, good music and a terrace with lots of space.
The service is fast and the menu is perfect for vegans and vegetarians.
The açai come decorated with natural and healthy ingredients.
And it even has a little shop inside with beautiful pieces!
What caught my attention was the story of two beautiful birds in a cage, one of them was found in the terrace lost and scared and the other was rescued from a cage in the sun with 10 more birds.
When we think about saving the planet, it's small actions like this that make the difference.
I super recommended!

Animal cruelty?

We didn't buy anything because they had a tiny caige with two sad little budgies. It was totally bare and obviously not appropriate to the birds. Very sad and does not agree on my attitude to morality as a vegetarian/ vegan.
The menu looked pretty good tho.

Good Afternoon Carolein,
The domestic birds that are with us are called Parakeets and they generally don't fly. We found the green one, in front of our Bar abandoned and being attacked by pigeons, he would never have survived.
We had a beautiful cage in our space, and it made sense for us to have him there. Meanwhile we found the second one in a overpopulated cage from a shop with no conditions whatsoever, so we rescued him, and now they are keeping eachother company. We never had the intention of closing two birds in a cage, we just believe that they are better now than before.
We look forward to better inform clients about how we found them. We respect your opinion and we wish you can come back to give us another chance.

Best bar in LISBON

After trying many bars in Lisbon, I can honestly say this is the best one I’ve ever been to! Amazing juices, power shots and smoothies in a super cool atmosphere. The bar also has a nice outside terrace in a beautiful plaza which overlooks the river. The cocktails are also great and so is the food they are serving. Don’t miss out on the vegan toast they have, it’s to die for!
