Bland humus, decent juice

Unlike other cities in Spain and Portugal, Córdoba is pretty unfriendly towards vegans. With that, restaurants with any options are pretty limited, and the ones that do have options don’t have a lot of them. We got the humus with veggies and it was very bland - it needed salt, garlic, and possibly more tahini. We also got two juices which helped make up for the bland humus because they were fresh and pretty tasty. Given the limited options of this city, you may likely resort to visiting this place during your trip, but don’t come here with high expectations

Bad reception and bad juice

To arrive to eat, we left after our juice without eating anything because of an unpleasant reception. Orange juice and apple without taste, just water...

Bad service

We came there to have lunch but were very disappointed with the service. The waitress was not nice and makes no efforts to speak a few words in English. Moreover we wanted to try a nice juice but we felt more water than fruit...

Definitely THE place to be in Córdoba

Really lively and fun place to enjoy drinks and great vegan options at night. The place was packed but everyone was having a great time. Our waitress was awesome and super understanding of needs for vegans. The fresh juices are delicious and high quality. For food, I would recommend the hummus and veggie platter and the tostas (avocado with tomato was delicious!).

Pros: Yummy food, High quality juices, Great scene

Localización estupenda

Varias opciones vegetarianas, originales, no lo típico. Preguntad antes qué lleva cada plato!

Come here for the amazing juices.

I expected to not be satisfied after eating here given the reviews but I was pleasantly surprised. I had a pear, grape and lime juice, and a tosta with cheese and avocado, and found myself full. Service is good, and was recommended the juice by staff behind the counter. It's not a restaurant so don't expect to have a set meal or tapas but you will not go hungry.

Pros: Variety of juices, Friendly staff , Good sized portions

Cons: Not many choices for vegan food

Good choice and use of local produce

We ordered Vegan tapas and had a good variety of dishes. Good value for money and plenty of food.

Cons: Can be very busy in the evenings

Bastante barato, lugar lindo y música agradable!

little savior

After checking out Amalteca and finding it closed twice (at times their door schedule said it should be open), I walked a while to find any vegan food. Lo and behold! La Bicicleta saved me - the bartender/server was amazing at helping me find vegan options, and offered to adapt a few. Ended up getting a hummus dish with veggies, and an amazing avocado and tomato toasted open-face sandwich. Apparently their salmoneja can be made vegan, which I may be trying tonight, if amalteca decides to be closed again.

Great chill place with local people and fresh natural food

The vegan options are: humus in a plate with vagies, tomato salad, humus toast and tomato toast. Plus there are verius tasty fresh fruit juices. The stuff is very friendly and are willing to change and adopt to any request though the waitres was not familliar with the word vegan, and there was no english menu. Prices are pritty nice.

Nothing substantive foodwise here but v.good juice

This is not a restaurant nor a cafe (as they state on their menu) so I wouldn't recommend going here to get any serious food. It's a bar that has some little bites. But a nice bar at that. There are literally a handful of vegan options, of which none really appealed to me. However, their juices are really really good and so if you want a nice place to hang out for a bit with some friends or even alone, whilst maybe grabbing some small dishes to keep you going before you eat properly somewhere else, then this would be a good place to do it.

Pros: Super amazing juices, Cool atmosphere

Cons: No substantive food options

cool place, alternative to traditional places

During my stay in Cordoba I went there twice, I really liked the place a lot. It has a bar which is loaded with fresh fruits as they do amazingly big fruit juices for a good price. Besides they have all sorts of dishes, I had a plate of Humus which was really nice as it came with veggies. They people there are friendly and helpful and I assume they speak English but I'm not sure. Very close to the Mezquita and old quarter so great location.

Pros: nice vibe, good value, fresh food/drinks
