Vine aquí con unos amigos que estaban entusiasmados con este lugar, creyendo que tenían otras opciones proteicas además de la soja o el seitán. No puedo comer seitán, soy alérgico al trigo, y su menú solo tiene soja y tofu, nada de setas, nopal, hongos, calabacín ni ninguna otra opción más saludable. Sería estupendo que ofrecieran opciones más saludables con ingredientes frescos. El arroz es blanco sin condimentar. Sé que muchos sitios hacen burritos diferentes, pero nunca había visto arroz blanco sin condimentar. Mis amigos pudieron disfrutar de sus burritos y yo me comí medio plato de patatas a medio cocer con salsa chipotle. También estaría bien que ofrecieran tortillas sin trigo para que las personas que no pueden comer trigo o quieren una opción más saludable puedan disfrutar también de los burritos, o simplemente que ofrecieran tacos con tortillas de maíz. Es solo una sugerencia para que haya más opciones, porque si no, no le veo el sentido a comer un burrito que puedo hacer en casa con las sobras.

We are at multiple vegan restaurants while in Guadalajara and this was definitely my favorite! The staff made a special dish for my partner (to ensure it was gluten free) and the food was so good that I ordered a second burrito to go! The homemade hot sauce/salsas were amazing. The staff was also very kind and welcoming. I would highly recommend eating here if you are in GDL.

This place is delicious! The China Bowl is my favorite. I wish I had a photo, but it looked so good I ate it immediately! 😅 It's worth checking out their Instagram though. Their photos look good and the food lives up to the photos!
