Super Yummy - Edit
Got take out and it was great! Nice to have a bunch of veggies on a road trip. We got the Vegan Poke Bowl and the Gardner Bowl with the edamame falafel. Both were super yummy and the service was nice. Indoor and outdoor seating. Would go again if I’m back in town:)

Delicious clean food - Edit
This is a relatively new and wonderful addition to the Albuquerque food scene. I've been in ABQ for 4 1/2 years now, and think this is among the best vegan food we have. (I may have once said Vibrance, but they sadly closed down about 2 years ago.) I would give them 5 stars, but Happy Cow reserves 5 stars for fully veg restaurants--ok, I get that, but still. To get my range, I have a strong heart for Annapurna's, El Cottorro's tacos, Farina's pizza, and Thai Cuisine II. (vegan options, obv.)

The falafel is incredibly well made with interesting fresh and very flavorful ingredients (not your average falafel--though, I also love standard falafels, don't get me wrong). The bowls are all made with fresh ingredients, and you can tell there is a pride of ownership in this locally owned spot. The agua frescas are worth a try, and there are always decadent looking vegan dessert options. I admit I haven't had them though because I come for lunch, and can't explain why I'm eating a huge vegan samoa with my salad bowl. But maybe you can? Go for it!
I would add to this a caveat--I'm a health conscious vegan. There are no fake meat or cheese options , the only thing deep fried as far as I can tell is the falafel, and the fry is done expertly, and they offer sumptuous beds of greens and quinoa which is right in my happy zone. If you are looking for junk food vegan, not your spot. Sister Bar and some other spots around town cater more to the greasy spoon vegan (no judgement😄
Pros: Excellent flavors, Fresh inredients, Locally owned
Cons: None!
