Pizza e calzoni con mozzarella vegana - Edit
Hanno la mozzarella vegetale e fanno anche i calzoni veg, uno con impasto normale, l’altro fritto. Le proposte vegane sono solo 4 e non sono molto fantasiose quindi su questo possono sicuramente osare di più, però il calzone che ho assaggiato era buonissimo e considerando quanto sia difficile trovare mozzarella veg nelle pizzerie di zona, sono sicuramente un passo avanti rispetto agli altri!

The vegan pizzas were well marked on the menu (4 choices in total, and the classic "Marinara" that is vegan in itself).
Read moreI chose "O' re": a pizza with tomato sauce, vegan mozzarella and various vegetables as topping.
The dough was soft and light: very good. Instead the quantity of vegan mozzarella was scarce, and the topping needed a little more flavor in general. (My final vote for the pizza: 7)
Hope that they can improve the vegan offer: maybe by adding some starters (the only was the "Bruschetta"), at least one dessert, and maybe by inserting other vegan ingredients for pizzas.
Pros: Very good dough, Vegan options well marked
Cons: Few vegan ingredients for pizzas, No vegan desserts
