They did not have the vegan tartiflette and I was sad about it

The service was good and the poke bowl was lovely. However the vegan options were a bit limited (no starter, no dessert, three mains out of >50 options if you include all the pizzas etc). Also the menu on the website says they do a vegan tartiflette, but this was not actually on the physical menu when I got there and I was told it could not be made. From other reviews it looks like the variety of options available possibly used to be a little wider and include some traditional French dishes which I would have liked to try. That said, I did really enjoy what I had.

Just fine

Vegan tartiflette was nice, but not as good as l'etale. Lots of sauce but seemed to be lacking in potatoes so not as filling as it should have been. The bourginon came out lukewarm and was served with pasta instead of potatoes for some reason. Some of the staff were really nice, some were a bit rude.

Pros: Food was okay, Quite a few vegan options

Cons: Not great service/experience

Pad Thai is delicious

Several vegan options including a pizza, tartiflette, borginion, and a poke bowl. I ordered the pad Thai which was tasty and flavourful. Only vegan dessert was a sorbet. Would recommend overall

Food average. Order was forgotten. Don’t bother.

Was pretty disappointed. My order was forgotten. I was then told it would be ‘right there’, then another 25 mins went by. I had only ordered a poke bowl… I asked to cancel as my friend had finished eating his pizza and they did agree to comp my food. It arrived. It was ok. Nothing special. I left hungry. It wasn’t cheap. Service was mixed. I won’t return.

Pros: Some vegan options, Good location

Cons: Pricey , Very slow service , Food very average

Marked vegan options and flexible kitchen

Chose this restaurant because I was travelling with insistant meat eaters and my coeliac mother - wasn’t disappointed! Something for everyone. The marked vg options are Dahl and a Buddha bowl, but I actually ordered a vegetarian pizza (loads of veggies) without cheese and really enjoyed it. The waitress was more than happy to make that kind of adaptation.

Great find

Came here just before starting our long way back to The Netherlands. Went to Bec Jaune last year, but they were fully booked and there was a long wait the standing tables. The closest of the nearby listings was La Rotonde. We went at 18:30 and could easily get a table, but by 19:00 the tables were fully occupied with a small line in the front.

The restaurant is very heavy on animal flesh and hides. If you are sensitive for this: be warned.

There were two dishes to choose from (I don't count green salads): poké bowl or lentil dhal. I picked the latter and it was so good!

Unfortunately the waiters didn't know/care if the complementary bread contained animal ingredients and whilst they would check in the kitchen, they never came back. Bummer. But the lentil dhal was filling enough!

AMAZING FOOD AND PLACE

What a really lovely place and a special treat. The vegan options are interesting and well thought out. The dhal was amazing.
Lovely, friendly, helpful staff. They had got our bill wrong, in our favour, and when we mentioned it they said no problem it was their error.
Also gave us a liqueur after the meal.

Pros: Great food, lovely restaurant, wonderful staff, gr

Cons: NONE

Two options, fairly bland and a lot of people eating meat on the bone

We went here because it has two vegan choices on the menu. This is true, they have tried to accommodate vegans and for that I thank them.

The food was pretty uninspiring, there was no love or creativity in the dishes. Nearby eateries Bec Jaune and Wild Beets do similar dishes with much better flavour.

Probably the worst thing was that everyone around us was eating meat on the bone and meat and cheese hanging from racks on the tables. I know this is normal for this region but sensitive vegans will struggle. If I went here with my wife I think she would get up and leave.

Pros: They have made an effort , You can eat with your omni friends, The restaurant is lovely with great staff

Cons: Only two choices and unimaginative food, Lots of people eating meat on bone and racalette , Not cheap

Beautiful place and good solid vegan options

Beautiful restaurant only five mins walk from where we were staying. Atmosphere is relaxed yet sophisticated. Two vegan options - poke bowl or quesadillas. I had the quesadillas which come on a large platter so you can build your own. Great food and a good portion size too. Local beer is also great. Staff are amazing and very helpful

Pros: Beautiful restaurant, Relaxed atmosphere, Excellent vegan options

Cons: Shame there are only two options
