Go at Sunset

This is one of the best sunset views in the city. I took my parents here to celebrate their visit and my stepdad said it was the best vegetarian lasagna he’s ever had. I got the vegan pizza and it was pretty delicious. You get to choose 4 veggie toppings and I got onion, peppers, black olive, and pineapple. There were a lot more onions than anything else, but they were sweet and I loved them. I also got a basil lemonade, which was not strained - very basil forward! Everyone was happy with our experience.

Excellent vegan Italian food

Waiter wasn’t as knowledgeable but when you push him to consult with cook it worked out well. Great prices.

Pros: Vegan garlic, oil, and marinara pasta , Bruschetta was out of this world. , View was amazing

Cons: More vegan options

Highly priced mediocre food nice view

I came here due to the high ratings on Happy Cow and I was pretty disappointed. I knew they only had 2 vegan options that contained very low protein and nutritional value, but I had hoped they were packed with flavour. Perhaps recipes changed but I had a $285 peso pizza with 4 veggie toppies and one of the worst vegan cheeses i’ve tried. It was a melted glop of sweet coconut 🤢 The crust was hard. Whole meal lacked flavour and SALT!
Definitely not returning to eat.
But the waiter was exceptionally nice and the pinot grigio was outstanding.
Live cheesy 80s sax covers.

Pros: View, Wine

Cons: Price, Flavour, Low selection

Great Italian with outstanding view

While there are only a few vegan options, they are sublime. I ate here 4 times while in PV and alternated among the vegan pizza and a couple of different pastas. The rooftop view, especially at sunset, is one of the best in PV. Service is always gold star and twice I've been when there has been live entertainment. There is always a good mix of tourists, expats and locals at this restaurant and probably quite a few regulars. It is next door and above my favorite vegan restaurant, The Green Place. Both restaurants are owned by children from the same family. They own another restaurant that I never got a chance to check out - Gabibistro. They are committed to bringing more high quality, plant-based options to PV and they are doing a great job so far.

Pros: Delicious vegan pizza and pasta dishes, Location - rooftop view is awesome, Service is always top notch

Cons: No vegan desserts!

Delicious vegan option

I’ve been here a few times and enjoyed the vegan options each time. Had a pizza with vegan cheese and veggies (pick your own) and also had a veggie pasta which was delicious.

Pros: Phenomenal view , Full bar

Cons: Only a few options, No vegan high protein option.

Great Food And Atmosphere

I love this place! they are on the rooftop of Paloma del Mar hotel so you have a view of the town and great ocean views.
My husband and I are regular customers. They have vegan cheese option for their pizza and some vegetarian and vegan pasta options.

They also serve breakfast and have vegan pancakes, just ask for it.

Reasonable prices.

beautiful atmosphere

Knowledgeable about vegan, chef was friendly and offered to make special vegan options upon request!

Update: They have vegan cheese now (they didn’t when we were here a couple years ago)! We got the vegan pizza and the veggie garlic olive oil pasta, best pasta dish I’ve ever had, even my non vegan boyfriend said the same thing!

Cons: No Napa o Sonoma wines.

accommodates vegans - deliciously

Wonderful place - we explained in broken Spanish that we were vegan and they made us an amazing pasta dish. We also had salad and bread. The view alone is amazing and a great wine list too.

Pros: view, food , friendly staff

No vegan cheese, but great spot

Beautiful rooftop location! Perfect place to watch the sunset. Did not have vegan cheese as stated (waiter spoke very good English) but still several vegan options. I opted for the spaghetti marinara which was very good and a welcome change from all the beans and potatoes I have been eating! Could have done cheeseless pizza. Great service, atmosphere and view. Had 2 drinks and spaghetti for about $10 USD. Definitely recommend!
