Passing through Missouri and we decided to try this place. The tofu bao were PHENOMENAL, and the veg ramen was very satisfying too. One of the food highlights of our road trip!

Great Potential - Edit
They have a few vegan options (a Ramen broth but no vegan Ramen Noodles, so they give you rice vermicelli noodles in what tasted like Mushroom Broth). Their Kimchi is vegan, but they don't offer Kimchi Ramen for some reason, which would take this restaurant to the next level (you can order the ramen and the kimchi and put them together yourself). They have one vegan Bao and veggie Gyoza that can be steamed instead of fried upon request to keep it vegan, but NO vegan buns. All in all, as a diehard vegan ramen lover, I am grateful for the vegan options in what can otherwise feel like a vegan desert or sorts.

Could use more flavor, but I would go back - Edit
There were two items on the menu that already came vegan: the curry bao and the Korean sweet pancake. The actual bun was delicious but the curry could have used more flavor, it was underwhelming for the price. The Korean sweet pancake was yummy but it was small for the price.

There are some good vegan options and the staff is accommodating. My favorite vegetarian option is their tofu bun. So good!
