Gelato was a huge incentive for my escapes around Italy and, by and large, they had failed to live up to my expectations. This place, however, did go someway to rectifying that. Not the most extensive range of ice creams that any parlour might have, but each one that I sampled gave me exactly what it promised in terms of flavour, and all were stellar in terms of the texture and consistency. While the banana put up a good fight, the standout was the chocolate, rum and cherry offering as it was bold, deep, rich and dotted with actual cherries.

Great ice cream with numerous vegan options (all the ones with the red handle scoops). I was particularly impressed by the dark chocolate/cherry/rum flavor! Cones were also vegan.

Be aware! Staff don't know what vegan means - Edit
We asked about vegan options and the staff didn't understand us. They found someone to tell us the red spoon was dairy -free, but they didn't know if cones were ok. They kept saying,'yes, it's gluten-free '. This told us they didn't know what vegan meant.

The vegan flavours can be easily spotted since they use a red spoon for them. There were plenty of options, service was nice, and it was quite cheap. Was it the best gelato I ever had though? No. Was it a nice treat? Yes.

The melon and the dark chocolate were absolutely amazing! The staff was very nice and the quality is unbeatable. It was so good I didn’t even have time to take a picture!

We came here after the Vatican museums and we're spoilt for choice. I had dark chocolate which was the best and banana which was really fresh. Then my mate had the chocolate with strawberry. The staff were really kind and let us try loads first, so so good
