Bakery
Once a week, baker Sofia sets up a stand in front of Naturkostbar selling vegan bakery goods including breads, cinnamon rolls, and cakes. All breads and pastries are made from sourdough. Open Sat 9:00am-1:00pm.

Try the chocolate pecan bun! - Edit
Delicious sweet breads! The level of sweetness is perfect (a very rare occurrence). Just sweet enough to be sweet but no so sweet that it feels like a dessert. I had the sweet buns for breakfast and they were all delightful. Among all 3 of the sweet buns, the chocolate pecan one was by far the best followed by the raspberry cardamom one (the cinnamon roll was very unexciting and lacked flavor). I was hoping to try their cacao sourdough, but sadly it was unavailable the day I stopped by. All the savory breads looked lovely. I would very much recommend trying!

Our whole family loves the bread and all the delicacies of Little Vegan Artisan. Lots of variety in types of bread, delicious small rolls and also the pizza dough is super tasty. We can highly recommend this bakery in Steffisburg. Sofia is very friendly and a serious professional.
