Get the General Tso’s Chicken - Edit
Get it. It’s so freaking good. The pho was fine— I likely won’t get that again— but the curries and General Tso’s Chicken… SO GOOD.

Great underrated vegan restaurant - Edit
Been to a couple restaurants within this local chain. Always a big fan of the Eggplant in Garlic Basil Sauce (that comes with string beans and a side of rice). Perfectly sautéed and flavored eggplant and string beens. Very generous portion for the price (at least 2 solid servings). Treated myself to a Thai Iced Tea which is also fairly good deal ($5) for the size.
Read moreMy friend ordered the Kimchi Pumpkin Gumbo, which was a bit of a miss. A slightly strange mix of flavors. But perhaps was less appealing to have soup on a hot day in a semi-air conditioned space.
Always many seats available no matter what time of day I’ve gone. Practically no need for a reservation in advance.

Chef’s Kiss! - Edit
We had pad Thai, miso soup and egg rolls. Each was done perfectly. Enjoyed the pressed tofu and enoki mushrooms in the pad Thai — not ingredients you’d always see in this dish, but very satisfying.
Read morePros: Delicious miso soup with plenty of seaweed, Helpful and efficient staff , High quality ingredients

Celiac Friendly! - Edit
I loved that they had a separate Gluten Free menu with lots of options. All of the food is delicious and they make everything themselves down to the Teriyaki Sauce which they are willing to make gluten free if you ask.

Healthy but bland - Edit
The food here is pretty expensive when compared to other vegan Asian restaurants in bk. The atmosphere is nice, but I mostly get takeout so I feel like I end up paying for the atmosphere without actually going. The food is light and my body feels good after eating it but It's also lacking any sort of flavor. I've tried to go back several times trying different dishes but I've always felt underwhelmed...

Healthy Options or Not - Edit
Luanns is the most severely underrated vegan restaurant in the area, The food is always good and I really appreciate them having healthy options as well as the typical fried food vegan faire. 10/10

Great seitan - Edit
Scallion pancake appetizer with avocado, arugula, cashew cheese and spicy may was amazing. The seitan in the pepper seitan with bok choy was the best I’ve ever had - perfect texture and delicious. The Prosperity Platter was good, but the pepper seitan was fantastic. Hope to return!

I quite enjoyed my meal. The serving sizes were generous, and theyve put a lot of care into the flavours. I really liked my meat skewers.

Fantastic vegan asian food - Edit
This is my favorite vegan asian place. They offer vegan version of the american chinese comfort food that you might be craving. Their twist of General Tso Chicken or Orange Beef are super yummy. But they also have other dishes, vegtable based, without plant-based meat.
